Standard marking rule: Width × Side Gusset Depth × Total Length. If you need reserved sealing edge, inform us the extra margin length; we will adjust the overall size according to your internal carton dimension.
How to select the right film thickness?
Light goods below 5kg: 20–60μm; medium goods 5–20kg: 80–120μm; heavy goods with sharp edges & cold storage long-term use: above 160μm. We will recommend the most cost-effective thickness based on your actual loaded products.
Can food-grade materials be produced?
Yes. We provide two raw material grades: food-grade new LDPE for direct contact grain, frozen food; industrial-grade recycled PE for hardware, plastic raw materials, non-food packaging.
Is printing available on the bag surface?
Support single-color silk screen printing of LOGO, safety warning text, enterprise information; complicated multi-color color printing is not recommended for transparent PE liner bags.
