Initial Start-up Phase (2010-2015)
Focus on Core Business and Lay a Solid Production Foundation
The company was officially founded and registered in Malu Town, Jiading District, Shanghai. It established flexible plastic packaging as its core business, focused on the production and sales of shrink films and heat shrink films, and completed the layout of the initial production site and basic equipment.
We gradually completed the processing of core administrative permits such as packaging and decoration printing, built the basic production and sales teams, accumulated the first batch of local customer resources in Shanghai, formed the basic "production-sales" business model, and laid a market and compliance foundation for subsequent capacity expansion.
Capacity Upgrading Phase (2016-2020)
Expand production lines and enhance delivery capacity
We continued to increase investment in production equipment and added film blowing and bag making production lines, gradually developing an initial integrated production capacity for film blowing, printing and bag making. Production capacity doubled compared with the start-up phase, enabling us to meet customers' demands for standardized and basic customized packaging.
The team size expanded steadily to more than 20 people. We optimized production processes, improved the quality control system, and expanded our customer base from local Shanghai to the surrounding areas in East China. With annual growth in business turnover, the enterprise entered a stage of stable operational growth.
Diversified Development Phase (2021-2024)
Full-chain layout and business boundary expansion
We moved to a new factory and completed a full upgrade of production lines, with 10 film blowing lines, 3 gravure printing lines and dozens of bag making and processing equipment put into operation. We realized the integrated operation of the entire process covering design, film blowing, gravure printing, bag making and sales. Our product range expanded from shrink films to a variety of packaging products such as vacuum compression bags, anti-static bags and garment zipper bags, covering multiple fields including household supplies, apparel and industrial accessories.
We launched the Demisa intelligent ERP system based on Java architecture, achieving the integrated management of production, inventory and finance, which greatly improved production efficiency and cost control capabilities. Meanwhile, we obtained a number of authoritative certifications including the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and SGS testing, making our compliance and product quality reach the industry-leading level.
During this period, we were certified as an Alibaba Super Factory and completed an in-depth factory audit. We established long-term cooperation with more than 100 well-known enterprises, with the annual production capacity of large-scale special vacuum compression bags exceeding 80 million pieces. We support 72-hour emergency order insertion, with the customer repurchase rate reaching 78%, and our delivery and service capabilities have been greatly upgraded.
Brand Deepening Phase (2025 - Present)
Perfect Qualifications and Build a Regional Benchmark
Completed the approval and update of the enterprise's industrial and commercial information, and further optimized the corporate governance structure; simultaneously launched the layout of brand intellectual property, applied for the "Ruiyuexing" trademark, and improved the brand building system.
Continuously expand production capacity, equipped with 12 high-precision film making machines dedicated to vacuum compression bags and 15 automatic bag making machines; the core production team all has more than 10 years of industry experience. Launched a new customized track for special vacuum compression bags for mattresses/sofas/pet beds, and became a benchmark enterprise of comprehensive plastic products integrating design, production and sales in Shanghai.
Ranked first in the 2026 Ranking of High-quality Vacuum Compression Bag Manufacturers by virtue of high-quality products and services. The annual stable supply of large-scale special vacuum compression bags exceeds 15 million pieces, the annual return rate is only 0.3%, and the customer satisfaction score reaches 99. We have formed prominent brand and product advantages in the field of flexible plastic packaging in East China.
