We have equipped our plant with modern machinery, comprising 10 blown-film extrusion lines, 3 gravure printing lines, and a wide range of supporting equipment such as bag-making machines, slitters, and folders. The blown-film lines run continuously 24 hours a day, while the printing lines accommodate film widths up to 1.2 meters and can print as many as 7 colors in a single pass. All major processes—design, film extrusion, printing, bag conversion, and sales—are handled in-house. Holding more than 500 tons of raw materials in inventory at all times enables us to ship stock items the same day, dispatch samples the next day, and fulfill custom orders in as little as three days, flexibly satisfying a broad range of customer needs.

2. Guaranteed High Quality

Quality and operational excellence are central to everything we do. Guided by Kazuo Inamori’s lean management principles, we practice hands-on shop-floor leadership and run Green Belt projects to continuously improve production processes and solve technical issues. All staff receive Blue Belt training, while the management team completes Green Belt training, so lean thinking becomes part of everyday work. These practices lower our operating costs, and we share those savings with our customers.
