Raw material sourcing
We use imported linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and metallocene polyethylene (mPE) as the main raw materials. No recycled content is added, ensuring no odors, no leachables, and full compliance with food contact grade requirements.
Multi-layer co-extrusion process
Our facility is equipped with 3-layer and 5-layer co-extrusion cast film lines, allowing precise control over the thickness distribution of each layer. This gives the film high tensile strength, excellent low-temperature toughness, and uniform shrinkage performance.
In-line thickness monitoring
Imported in-line thickness gauges are used to monitor film thickness tolerance in real time, keeping thickness variation across the entire roll within ±5%. This prevents issues such as weak seals or uneven shrinkage caused by inconsistent thickness during packaging.
Full inspection before shipment
Each batch is tested for heat shrinkage rate, coefficient of friction, and tear strength. An inspection report is provided with every shipment.
