Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: For standard products, the MOQ is 1 ton. For custom-printed products, the MOQ is 3 tons. New customers may request small trial orders starting from 500 kg for sample testing and market trials.

Q: What files are required for custom printing?

A: Vector files in AI, CDR, or PDF format are required, with colors specified using Pantone codes. We can assist with pre-press layout and proofing confirmation.

Q: What is the lead time? Can rush orders be accommodated?
