During the research visit, Xie Zuocan and his team visited the company's finished bag making workshop, printing production workshop, and blown film production workshop to inspect the operation of the company's production equipment, on-site 6S management, implementation of safety production, product process and capacity release, and to learn in detail about the company's main products, technological advantages, production process, quality control system and market layout.

In the finished products workshop, General Manager Shen Yang gave the research team a detailed introduction to the company's core product system, customized production capabilities, current business status, and medium- and long-term development plans. He also displayed product samples on site and explained product application fields, process advantages, and market competitiveness, earning unanimous recognition from the research team.
In the printing and blown film workshops, the research team closely observed the entire automated production line operation process, carefully inquiring about key aspects such as raw material supply, production efficiency, order fulfillment, quality control standards, and safety production management. Xie Zuocan fully affirmed Ruiyue Plastics' standardized on-site management, stable product quality, and continuous investment in process upgrades, emphasizing that enterprises must always stay vigilant about safety production, regularly implement safety inspections and on-site management, and use safety production to safeguard high-quality development.
Subsequently, the research team held discussions with the enterprise management team, listened face-to-face to the company's development voices, and thoroughly understood the actual difficulties and development demands in market expansion, capacity upgrades, talent recruitment, and raw material costs. They answered questions and clarified their ideas on site, provided directional guidance.

Currently, market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, and individual enterprises face great pressure to go it alone. The park will actively take the lead in exploring the establishment of industrial alliances among park enterprises, integrating resources from upstream and downstream enterprises in the region, and promoting enterprise unity development and mutual assistance. Through the alliance platform, resource sharing, information exchange, and supply-demand matching are achieved, while implementing a centralized raw material procurement model. Through large-scale procurement, enterprises reduce raw material costs, effectively alleviate operational pressure, and overall enhance the agglomeration and market competitiveness of Malu Town's plastic packaging industry.
Minister Xie stated that the Malu Town and Madong Park Management Committee will continue to strengthen and optimize enterprise services, proactively and precisely provide services, consistently implement enterprise-benefiting policies, smooth communication channels between government and enterprises, and make every effort to help enterprises overcome difficulties, helping them stabilize production, expand markets, strengthen innovation, and improve efficiency.
